Welcome to PTC Wizard, our new online system for scheduling parent teacher conferences.

Preparation for Parents
Before logging into PTC Wizard to reserve your Parent-Teacher Conference time slot(s), please prepare by doing the following:

  • Know your child(ren)'s teacher's name(s) with whom you want to schedule a conference. If you do not know the teachers' names, either ask your child or login to Infinite Campus Parent Portal (MS and HS parents only).
  • Familiarize yourself with PTC wizard by reading the instructions below. For more detailed instructions click here.
  • If you do not have a device with internet access, please do one of the following:
    • Use a computer at the local library, friend’s house, relative’s house, etc.
    • Call the school office to schedule your conference.

Scheduling a Conference

  1. If this is your first time signing up, you will need to Register.  After that, you will be able to Sign In with the email address and password you create.
  2. When you register, add the names of all your children (even if you have children at multiple schools). The system automatically fills in your child’s last name to match yours, but you can delete and change that if necessary.
  3. Select the date for which you would like to schedule a conference.
  4. For each child at the school, select your child's teacher(s) or team.
  5. Select the time slot you would like for each teacher or team.
  6. Click on the My Schedule tab to review, email, and/or print your schedule.
  7. If you have children in multiple schools, log out of the school you are in, and click on the link below to schedule a conference at another school.

PTC School Login Links



You need to create only one account in the system. In other words, your account is district-wide. However, each school has its own login page. If you need to schedule conferences in multiple schools, you will need to log into each school separately. Separated/Divorced parents can create separate accounts, if separate conference times are necessary. When reserving a time slot for one child, check the time slot box. If you have multiple children, select which child for that time slot via a pull-down menu listing all your children. Each teacher has their own schedule so please make sure you are in the correct teacher schedule when selecting a time for your conference

If you forget your password, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and the system will email you your password.

If you wish to change a reservation, log in to the conference sign-up system and click My Schedule. Select the appointment you would like to cancel and click the Cancel Appointments button. To reschedule, go to Start Wizard and follow the instructions.
